Take time in nature to nourish your soul

Taking time to enjoy nature is an investment in our self-care. This is not a luxury. Enjoying nature taking in the beauty that surrounds us is something we need just like water and rest.

This was my favorite photo from last week that I took near Englishman River.

As you look at your schedule consider capturing time to spend in nature.

Perhaps you could consider working near a river or enjoying your next Zoom call outside, while keeping safe distance or just go for a walk.

For me being in nature is so grounding. Not only is walking in nature good for your brain it is amazing food for the soul.

Continue to take good care. Be nourished in all you do.
