I am so pleased to meet you. My name is Sharon K. Summerfield. I am a Wellbeing Coach and a Registered Holistic Nutritionist (R.H.N), with demonstrated success in nurturing healthy employees and high performing organizations.

At The Nourished Executive we are passionate about partnering with business professionals and sharing strategies to invest in wellbeing and prevent burnout.  Together we help you discover the sweet spot to move from surviving to thriving, intertwined with psychological safety, built on a foundation of nutrition and wellness.  This is a conversation looking at strategies to harmonize life.

Prior to launching The Nourished Executive I worked as a Project Manager/Executive Assistant with an extensive career in Administration.  In my coaching I incorporate many of the lessons learned, personally and professionally, around priority setting and the importance of creating boundaries in alignment with our values and purpose.

Our true constant is change. It is through making small micro changes, beginning with a desire for something different, that our health transformation begins. As we begin to pause and consider our dance we stress, we can then start to look at our true priorities.  New steps can be taken to invest in our self care and make different choices where our work does not come at the cost of living.
