I had the privilege of working alongside Sharon when she was working with CH2M HILL. She brought great initiative and energy in doing community work where we organized events for school children to do outreach for the Engineers and Geoscientists of BC.

Sharon is particularly gifted at living the values of the organization, and projecting that human aspect of project interaction that facilitates effective collaboration under challenging conditions. A super communicator with an uncanny sense of the unspoken issues that can sometimes presage trouble, she was always proactive in numerous fronts, and was a significant part of our success on the Gateway Program.
